Avoid PC Mac if you want service

Two weeks ago I asked them to get me a replacement screen for my laptop. A week ago I checked. Nothing had been done. They promised to act immediately. Today I returned. They hadn't done anything. All I got was blank stares and a techie hiding behind a monitor. I went to Creative Computers down the road and they sorted out in quick time. I'm now an ex-customer of PC Mac.
