Zero service delivery

Dreadful service, issue still unresolved 28/07/2020. Ordered an inverter online which was advertised as 'in stock' and available for 'same day collection'.

After ordering I was told to wait until I am emailed to collect. After numerous emails I keep being told they'll check with the office and get back to me which never happens. I requested a refund. And nothing... still waiting 15 days later
