You are dead if you need to return anything - AVOID this amateur operation

I ordered a usb LTE modem from these guys in the beginning of December. The modem claimed to work on Mac, but after receiving it and tinkering a whole night - it turns out it doesn't work on the latest version of Mac.

The very next morning after receiving it, I made contact over the support email to return it. No reply. You NEVER get any replies on the support email, don't bother.

The only way to get hold of them is via their call centre, don't expect to wait anything less than 30 mins each time you call. I once got cut off after waiting on hold for 34 mins because it said there were "high call volumes".

They made me courier the item back to them at my own cost only to go silent again for a few weeks while they sent the item back to the manufacturer.

It is 1 and half months later and they are still "assessing it" and have not refunded me.

AWFUL service - DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
