I ordered a Webcam to the value of over R2000.00 14 working days ago and have not had any communication from PCLink Computers. They do explain on their website that we must not bother to contact them before 10 working days but I wanted to confirm if delivery would be effected with the lockdown. You cannot get through to their number - it's just an automated answering machine, and when you send them an email, they read it, but don't bother to respond. I am aware that delivery is stated 10 - 20 working days, but there is no way to even track my order which is frustrating and worrying that it is even legit!
