Would not recommend

Purchased a laptop keyboard.

Was informed that the suppliers can't supply and ETA and that a refund will be processed.

It's been almost two months - no refund or communication,

I read of worse waiting times and experiences on the profile; my complaint may not be as bad, but working in IT for over 12 years, I have never experienced service this bad.
