Worth it - great prices, but slower delivery

I have ordered about 3 times from them in the last 3 months. I must say that there have been a few hiccups with my orders. However, every time I have contacted them via messenger they have been very helpful and rectified the issue. This is why I have gone back to them. Every time I google the product I want looking for the best price I find their name, so I go back.

Conclusion: Get a better price, with a little slower delivery, but perfect quality and customer service reps that care.

What I would like to have improved: Some of the website functions don't work as needed, such as searching products. It works fine if you dont press search, as the products pop up and a few links don't work. Also I don't get response via email ever, but via messenger and the automated fb messenger reply is to contact via email or phone, but phone also rings too long.
