Worst service I've ever had ordering online.
Absolutely useless!
Ordered items in Feb 2021. Followed up in Mar and got this response.
"Kindly note that the supplier keeps on moving the ETA Therefore we will be processing a refund for the stock I do apologize for any inconvenience caused"
Asked them to keep it open and not to cancel the order which they said they would do.
Followed up again in May and got the same response.

Now I log back in to see whats happening and I see it was cancelled when I asked them not to in March.
I'm still waiting for my refund. You can't speak to anyone on the phone as the number they give you is an automated response that just tells you to email them.

Our website is updated with the stock that our supplier has listed on their stock list.
it does at times happen that a supplier does list stock, however they do not physically have stock on hand, this may be due to a back order or the supplier keeping the item code listed in order to prevent duplicating the item code.
We are attempting to resolve this with the suppliers.
Manually removing the item from the site is not always affective, when a update is being done the item will show up on the website once more.
