Worst service imaginable!

Placed my order (26216) on the 18th of October and I am still waiting. In the two months that passed I have managed to get two email replies out of them (don't bother calling them). One to inform me that they will look into it, which they never rep**** to. And then a second telling me the shipment hasn't arrived yet. The expected delivery was around 20 days... now been more than two months and nothing.

Please for the love of everything that is holy, don't buy anything from this company!
