Worst service ever, no communication and just a pain to deal with

This company is honestly the biggest joke. The 1st time i ordered from them i had a problem with my product and had to deal with the Suppliers my self, so i gave them another chance and once again stuff that I ordered was broken, so i send it back for a refund and now i am struggling to get my money back, the lack of communication is so frustrating as they switch their phones off, there is no pleasure dealing with PC link, every day i have to send a mail just so that a lazy ass that doesn't deserve his job can send me a email telling me he is following up, just give my money back so that i never have to deal with you guys.
