Worst service ever

I placed my order on the 13th of January. I am highly frustrated as it’s been 54 days and I have not yet received my order. I have emailed them 9 times and the email correspondence I keep getting is that they will follow up and revert soonest. Can a manger urgently call me as your customer service is pathetic? This is my second complaint on Hello Peter and am yet to receive a response. This is getting ridiculous and I am going to lay a report to the Ombudsman if I do not get a reply by COB today.
