WORST SERVICE EVER

I wish I could give a negative rating here. I bought 2 very expensive items from them which neither worked. After informing them of this they just referred me to the supplier, after waiting a week of no reply on my emails to them and no phone call back from the supplier I received a waybill for collection. The items were collected and that was it radio silence again. After emails and phone calls (where i was just on hold for ages) after 3 weeks and writing a very big lettered and bold email they finally rep****. Now yet another week has gone. Next week will be a month since the collection of the items and nothing has happened. Yesterday I email again and guess what. No reply. Their website is great, prices awesome but their service is described by word no lady should use.
