worst service ever

I purchase a wifi router in March 19 and had to return it within 7 days because it was a wrong product , I was promised that my money would be refunded within 14 days . its now 15 July , nothing has been refunded . I have been calling for every week without fail and I keep speaking to Jan who continuously makes a fool out of me . telling me that the money will be refunded end of the day every week . this is the worst online company I have dealt with . do yourself a favor and go to take- a- lot or something else
