WORST SERVICE EVER

Placed an order 18 Feb 2022 , and paid for Mikrotek Groove 52 Wireless Router Board , sent emails to check on progress 07 March (ref 126083) , 09 March ( ref 127397) ,22 March ( ref 130541) , all with the same response ,they'll get back to me with update on ETA of order , and they never get back to you !!!! went online again to check on 6 April to find my order has been cancelled ............. with NO notification . sent email 10 April ( ref 134170) to ask about my refund ....... again on 5 May ( ref 137919) , and again today 16 May ( ref 138941) .... NO RESPONSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only way to make contact is via email ... not much use .
