Worst service and useless on shipping

I have bought at PClink before but this time there service really sux . There so called policy is if ordered before 12 midday its shipped in 2 days. Well 2 days is now week and half and still says processing. Send emails and all i get is we are busy. How difficult is it to ship 1 ddr 4 ram chip. Useless if not non existing service. After this it will be last time i ever use them
