WORST SERVICE

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever known . Ordered online from PC LINK COMPUTERS on 18 February 2022 , Microtik Groove Wireless Router Board with accessories for R2903 . so my nightmare started ... they give you a link to follow your order , which never materializes ! when you phone contact number ,recorded message is you can only make contact through email .. which i have done on numerous occasions , only to receive the same response .. will revert back to you , which they never do . Have copies of all emails . On Friday 07 April , i went on the link again , only to find they have now cancelled my order ...... so I asked from what about my refund ...... I'm told there's a backlog , REALLY !!!! After having my money for 2 months while i wait ........... then I have to wait again ?? definitely NOT a company to rely on for service ..
