Worst online store to use

I orderer a laptop part from PC link in April, they could not deliver and I requested for a refund but it seems like a mission to get my refund, they don't give feedback or any update. This is the worst online store that I have ever used. They don't have contact details that works except email. My PC link account is deleted.
