Worst online store!

Very poor online experience I ever had, no feedback at all! Telephone always disconnected! Purchased an Alienware backpack on the 2nd of this month and I haven’t heard anything from them since! Follow up Emails never returned, phone ever off! So annoying! Very poor customer eccentricity!
