I bought the Asus Vivobook Max X541S from a PC link Computer in Roodepoort 2 weeks ago and the past 3 days it's been telling me to activate the pre-installed Windows 10. I got no disk, no key, no nothing with the laptop, even though the ad and order clearly states it includes Windows 10. They told me to phone Microsoft and/or Asus to assist me??? I have never heard that you sell a product without a product key or CD. I have been phoning for 4 days to both Microsoft and Asus (answering services and call ques) and never get through. I have out of desperation got up in the middle of the night to contact Asus America (ref I bought the Asus Vivobook Max X541S from a local Company 2 weeks ago and the past 3 days it's been telling me to activate the preinstalled Windows 10. I have out of desperation got up in the middle of the night to contact you and still they tell me it will be mailed to me within 48 hours, however the key might not work. I asked for an email address to follow up and am told they don't have email addresses??? What a load of ******* - which COMPUTER company operates without an email address??? I will never ever buy another Asus product -and I will sure to tell everyone, everywhere. and they tell me it will be mailed to me within 48 hours, however the key might not work. I am shocked at the service and attitude of the OWNER of PC Links, which was super rude and irritated when I phoned yesterday, being very irritated myself, and said he has never had this problem before. He cannot assist me, I must contact Microsoft or Asus. How does this work? I feel like sending this laptop back and insist on my money bac****! This is ridiculous!!!
