Worst experience
<p>I had to call the courier, who had been given the incorrect address for my home. The same courier arrives at my house just fine with other companies, but with these guys it took me a full week to get an order that had to be shipped from their Jhb depot to my home in Jhb.</p>

When we contacted you to send proof of the incorrect address, you failed to provide us with the courier bag. Fastway Couriers will not change a delivery address without confirming it with us; they did not call us to change your delivery address. We apologise for the delayed delivery from Fastway Couriers and will take it up with them.
