Worst Customer Service Ever
Good Day
The Worst customer service ever!!!
I placed an order on 21/02/2022, paid per credit card and received an confirmation email.
The confirmation email stated that if the parcel is not received within 20 working days, please follow-up for assistance.
I followed-up already five times with out no feedback from anyone. You get an automated reply . The telephone number on the automated reply instruct you per voicemail to send an email, which no one bothers to respond to.
Very disappointed customer that seems to have lost a lot of money
