Worst customer service ever!

I placed an order on the 9th Feb 2021, with the expectation that my products would arrive in 20 working days. When this did not occur by the 10th of March, I followed up and was advised that it would arrive in the 1st week of April. I then asked that the order be cancelled and my money returned. I followed up a few days later and was advised that it would take 10 working days for the money to be refunded. On the 6th of April I queried again, I received apologies and a promise to find out what the delay is. No feedback. I asked my bank to intervene and they were advised by PC Link Co that they are investigating. On the 28th of May, I followed up again and still no actual feedback, just empty words of 'My apologies for the late response and delay regarding your refund payment I will follow up with accounts and revert'. I am still waiting... I wish I had read the reviews on Hello Peter and not ordered from them in the 1st place.
