Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I ordered and paid for a product online.on thier site, delivery takes 1-2 days but when I called to check on my order they said it would take 2-3 days. After the third day I call to check on my order and recieved no help at all. Firstly it took me 15 minutes to get hold of them (call on hold). After getting hold of them I spoke to a gentleman named Iqshaan who was of no use at all! He could not help me track my product which his company has sent to me using a third party company. He then hung up on my call. I had to call and be kept on hold again for 10 minutes, when Iqshaan finally gets on the line, he promises to call me back after an hour with information of where my product is at the moment. 2 hours later I call Ishaan back since he had not returned my call yet. I'm out on hold for another 10 minutes and I get hold of Iqshaan. While on the phone with Iqshaan trying to resolve this issue, he hangs up my call once again.
I am really angry and disappointed with the service I received from this company. I've never recieved such bad service.

We are very to sorry to hear about the issues that you faced when dealing with our company.
There was a stage where we were having issues with our internet which is how our phones are also run.
This is definitely not something that we strive to do, we try and give our customers the best service that we possibly can.
Our phones and internet have since been fixed, we truly hope that this type of incident does not occur again and we will be doing everything in our power to make this a learning point for the future.
Please also take note that we do not have our own couriers as we have many orders on a daily basis and in order to make sure that we get the orders out promptly and effectively we make use of that service.
Please also be aware that courier companies only go to Kagiso Township at certain times of the week and not every day. This is due to crime and the safety of the drivers.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay caused with your order.
