Worst Customer Experience Ever

After numerous mails, PC link just never gets back to me. They stated my item would ship in 10 to 15 business days but now, 11 business days later, I still don't have an update.

As I'm typing this, I'm on hold with their call centre.

Really not impressed with their level of service at all. Swak.
