WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH

Okay, I order a GPU in 26 December 2021 and they informed me that they are on office 7 Jan 2022 and will then start with old orders and then the newer ones. On Tuesday *** I requested them to give a date on the delivery with no avail. Then on Tuesday Afternoon from not hearing a date from them I requested them to cancel my order.

Wednesday 12/01/2022 I was notified that they have canceled my order and the refund will be send to the accounts department and it will take up to 5 days to reflect in my account.

Today 18/01/2022 I emailed them asking them why my money is not showing. They informed me that the refund was only send to accounts on Friday 14/01/2022 and not on the 12/01/2022 as email stated.

Then the response was I need to wait a further 7 days for my money to reflect.

This is unacceptable as it was quick to take my money but have to wait a week and a half to get it back. Even if you complain by them it falls on death ears as they don't pick up their phones and are only reachable by mail.

They don't even care about Hello Peter complaints

They in my eyes are not a very good company to purchase from as they don't care about the person making purchases from them.
