WHY CANT THEY GOT A ZERO RATING ?

I am actually upset that I cant give them a ZERO rating. Ordered and paid R 3000 for a hearing aid for my wife in August 2021- STILL NOTHING received and same excuse every time....we will look into the issue and repay your money if there is a need to do so.
