Where is my parcel?

I am waiting for a purchase over 20 working days now. They have switched their phones off , so the only way to contact them is via email. They responded once and since then no repsonse to further emails. I am really concerned about my purchase! Even if there are delays, the customer needs to stay informed and not ignored.
