Where is my order?

Hi, this is my first Hellopeter complaint since 2013. This proves that I don't merely make posts all-over, but try to resolve a matter with a company directly. However, after almost 8 weeks of being told different dates for delivery and now failing to respond to my queries, I have no choice. I paid for my order on 21 October 2020. It's 6 December and I still do not get an answer. Where is my order? When will it arrive? And if you cannot produce the order, where is my refund? Please.
