Where is my money PC link.??????

I ordered a birthday gift on the 1st if October 2020. Was told on the 19th if October that there was no stock (Only after me following up on my order was I told) I was advised it will take up to 14 days for me refund and I am STILL waiting!!!!! So disappointing as I know sit without a gift or my money!!!! Please can someone from PC link contact me and tell me what the hell is going on.
