Waste of time and money - No Customer service

Worst customer experience. Placed an order on Friday (14/12/2018) and contacted business the same day to confirm delivery process. I was told that all payments done after 2pm will only be released on the next working day and I was calling after 2pm on Friday. This meant that if I had paid that afternoon or anytime before 2pm on the next working day (17/12/2018) I would get my order released at the same time due to their processes. I then proceeded to make on the morning of the 17th at 8:30 am and forward it to the business. I was then contacted and told that my order was unavailable due to them only having 1 item in stock. A email was sent to me the previous night on the 16/12/2018 at 8pm to state the I should not make payment for the very same reason which I had not read. Since then this company refuses to acknowledge the fact that they need to meet my order. The item I have ordered is readily available however the refuse to even consider it or even show me a shredd of evidence to prove otherwise. The owner Paul contacted me several times screaming and shouting at me and demanding that either I want my money back or else nothing will happen. This uneducated man has a bad attitude coupled with no customer service s****s. This company either overbooked this item or are just bait marketing consumers with no intention of meeting orders. Either way I suggest that anyone planning on using them avoid them like the plague or else risk Meneer Paul will soon be screaming at them too.
