WARNING - Unprofessional service

I placed an order for a product on 17 December 2020. I followed up via email on 11 January 2021. Garth Botha, from PC Link, indicated that they were unable to get the product and will process a refund which will take 14 days to reflect. Although I made numerous inquiries via email I have not received my refund almost two months later. Email queries go unanswered for days. Totally unacceptable behavior. Really frustrated.
