WARNING: ******** ORGANIZATION - Breaching the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

PC Link Computers is in breach of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). They lie on their website about products being in stock, take payment regardless and then refuse to provide a refund when unable to render a service in terms of the CPA. The company also refuses to provide any support or feedback to consumers - emails are not answered, and no phone number works. Report them to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud (https://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/?decisiontree=19495) Alternatively lodge a case with the Small Claims Court (https://www.justice.gov.za/scc/scc.htm) for purchases below R20k (No lawyer required).
