Waiting for refund from PC link computers

I have purchased a graphics card form them the 20th of January and they said it was out of stoc after a week or so. Then I requires a refund and talked to Mark and Garth but they just say has been submitted to our admin department.

My order number is Order #183766 and I payed them R9705.00 and still wait for my refund.

Can anyone help?
