Waiting for refund 5 months later. STILL NO RESPONSE

I ordered a UPS on 09 November 2021. On 18 November 2021 I was advised that they do not have any in stock and and they do not have an ETA on when they would receive stock. I requested to be refunded however, we are now 5 months later and I have still not received any update or feedback from anyone at PC Link Computers.

We paid almost R5000 and no one at PC Link Computers is taking me or my request seriously. This is unacceptable and I would recommend using any other service provider 😤
