Waiting for refund

I ordered 2 Trezor wallets from Pc Link Computers on 30 October 2020. The item is not in stock from the supplier and Garth Botha at Pc Link confirmed on 8 December that they will refund me. Nothing happened in the meantime. Its just unacceptable.
