VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

I placed and paid for an order online on the 1st of November 2020 and until now i haven't received the stuff. It's been 28 working days since the order was placed. Yet it was stipulated that delivery would take 15-20 working days. Their phones are just going to a voice record which doesn't help in any way. I have even tried emailing but nothing is happening.
