Very Poor service

Very poor service!! I have ordered a Bluetooth Mouse on 22 June 2021. Their website states that if I pay before noon I will receive my package within 2 -3 working days, which I did with Payfast. It is now 29 June 2021 and even after 5 emails requesting feedback from them I have heard nothing from them, not a single email. You cannot get hold of them per telephone and they ignore your emails.
