Very Poor Service

My friend and I both called regarding the same item but the service was disgusting. The person who answered the phone had no knowledge of the product when I called and whether I call or email she should still be able to give me information on the products. Even after an email was sent with a screen shot of what I was looking for from the main website, I was told to wait for a response while she searches for information on the product on the same website. If they are trying to grow your brand in any way, I would suggest they choose a different representative to be the 1st point of contact on the phone and on email. <br> <br> When I eventually did received the email, there was no body to the email with information regarding stock or where and when I can collect, whether I would receive it via courier or when I can expect delivery, but just a simple attachment with the quotation that says \Collect at warehouse".
