Very poor PC Link

Such poor service. They have had a pc board of mine for over 3 months which is under warranty. We didn't get a mail reply in the first two months and now they are blaming backlog. Call centre non functional. I'm not expecting much to be done. Such poor service and lack of accountability. Please beware of this business.
