Very poor Communication/Service

I've ordered an item on 1 July and i was told the item will be delivered in 20 working days, I patiently waited for 20 days without receiving any sort of update or communication on my item, I filed a complaint and got a response from Dehan which assured me the item will be here in the second week of August because of delays at customs, it's been another 21 days now since my complaint and i haven't received an update again for the whole time on where my package is, no communication whatsoever after leaving an email. This is the final straw and I hope to get somewhere now because it's been like 42 days now of waiting for an item I was initially told would be delivered in 15-20 days. I would not wish this treatment on my customers, don't buy from them unless you're looking for poor customer service and no communication at all, guessing all the time if you are going to get the product at all... I understand that there may be delays with the lockdown and Covid, but still, at least communicate with your customers so they know what to expect...
