VERY POOR COMMUNICATION

Ordered an item on 18/11/2021 and according to their terms was supposed to have been delivered within 3 working days. After 5 working days I sent them an email to enquire to which they did not respond and I sent them another email the following day. No response once again. One cannot contact them via phone which is contrary to the Electronic Communications Act as well as the Consumer Protection Act!
