Very bad service

Very bad customer service. Ordered my mouse on monday and was sure there was stock, it's thursday afternoon almost now and my order is still at processing. Sent about 7 emails already and no response to a single one, support number is also always busy, I'm not impressed, was hoping to get my mouse before the weekend as i have a comp on but now I'll have to forfeit.
