Useless company

I ordered a product on 22 January 2022, part of the message I received was: "If the order has not been fulfilled within 20 working days, kindly notify us so that we can assist you with regards to where the product is and when it will arrive."

After 20 working days (20 Feb) I emailed them asking about it, after which they let me know the product isn't available.

- Why does you not proactively let customers know when something is not available and offer a refund straight away

1 March 2022 I received: "Kindly note that the accounts department is busy with the refunds. Unfortunately, we had a backlog with the refunds. We will forward you a confirmation once the refund has been processed"

Today, still no money or further response from the company
