URGENT RETURN AND CREDIT REQUIREMENT

I received faulty products. Have sent numerous emails with no feedback everything is automated. Their offices are closed and they ask you to communicate via email and not telephonic ally. I would like the product collected as well as a credit on my account so that I can order new products.
