Update on PC Link Computer complaint

Update on my previous review, I received a call from PC Link sadly cannot recall the gentlemen name but he did advise that he was looking to get PC Link service improved and back to where it should be. He confirmed that my order in his position that it would be delivered immediately. The order was received on 29 July for which I was extremely grateful. Unfortunately the item is faulty and is not working so I have sent an email as there are no numbers to call and hopefully a response will be forthcoming so we will see if the service really does improve.
