Unsatisfied customer - PC Link :(

I'm dissatisfied with their services. I bought a heat press machine early October this year and it hasn't been delivered yet. I have sent them a number of emails and still there is no respond. I called them and only received a voice message that I should only make inquiries through email. I have given them a written warning that I will launch a complain to the Consumer Complains if they continue to ignore my inquiry.
