Unreliable from a delivery perspective
I ordered and paid for an item on 4 Aug 21, and the website advise a 3-5 working days for delivery. Today is the 18th and I am still waiting.
I was advised that there was an error choosing the delivery partner and had to restart the process. Not my problem, I need what I paid for, in the promised duration. If I knew it will take this long I would have looked elsewhere.

I do see that the courier tracking number has been provided in order for you to track the delivery of the stock.
