Unhappy Customer

I have placed two orders with this company. Order No : 10082 & Order 10149. I have waited now more than 40 days for my order with no luck. i have send them emails for the last 10 days every day but get no reply. I have tried to phone them but the service does not work. I really do not know what to do. The total amount for the two orders is R 2519.00 If this is the way that they do business, i never want to buy from them again.
