Unfullfilled Orders & Failed promises to refund.

I placed an order on 3 July 2020, with a promise of delivery within 20 days. Despite numerous follow-ups, and "Covid" delays, I now sit 6 months later without any further updates. Further to requesting a refund, this was promised, but not forthcoming. On review of the order online, they have cancelled by order without a refund.

And because they managed to stall the process beyond 120days, due to the never-ending promises, I am unable to even get my bank to reverse the transaction. Basically ********** behavior on their part!
