Unacceptable

Amazing how many people had good experience with delivery. I used them a few times 3 years back without any problems. Now I ordered something and, as promised, it quickly went from Ordered to In Process. Now it is stuck there for almost 2 weeks without any proper feedback. How can you run a company in today's world where you cannot deliver within 3 to 4 days? Later this week I will ask for a refund, but I do not have any hope if I look at some of the other reviews. Unacceptable!
