Unacceptable bad service

First of all this company would get zero stars and should be investigated for *****.

On the 23 March I ordered a DVR and cameras for R2500 and paid for it as it was in stock according to their website. On the 25 March I received an e-mail stating "We will be refunding you as our supplier cannot fulfil the order. ETA dates exceeds our time frame". Please forward me your banking details I have sent them a number of e-mails which they have not responded to about the refund due to me, they say between 7 to 14 days, which has not taken place yet. On their web site the items are still available yet they cannot deliver the goods and are not refunding me.

I will never order from them again and would pay more to get my goods as I cannot purchase from another supplier until I get my refund as I am a pensioner.
